Processing time for payment is 2-5 Business days unless otherwise stated.
once payment is cleared it is shipped out right away.
from the time you pay to the time you receive package is 5 to 10 business days.
Custom Orders may require additional time.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Rich Hair City is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or delays due to weather.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Returns and Refunds
All purchases are final for exchanges the hair must be returned untouched, unused, unwashed, unaltered and still in package no tags removed and in new condition for exchange or for store credit within 10 days of purchase. We would need original receipt, we will not exchange without original receipt.
you will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt located in the purchase package we would need the receipt inside of the packaging before we assure an exchange credit. We recommend that you send the package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. So make sure you receive a tracking number from the shipping carrier. Please advise us before returning the hair so we can process your exchange and new order all at once. When ordering please insure correct address. Rich Hair City will apply a $10.00 undeliverable order and corrections to shipping address caused by customer error.
