Our Shipping Policy
What You Need to Know
Our shipping hours are Mon.- Fri. from 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST. All orders placed before 1:00 pm eastern standard time will ship out the same day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. All orders ship out within 24 hours. However, during sales/promotions/ holidays, shipping time may take a little longer.
Rich Hair City is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays or any carrier delays.
Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. Rich Hair City is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or credits regarding these matters.

Returns and Refunds
All purchases are final for exchanges the hair must be returned untouched, unused, unwashed, unaltered and still in package no tags removed and in new condition for exchange or for store credit within 10 days of purchase. We would need original receipt, we will not exchange without original receipt.
you will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt located in the purchase package we would need the receipt inside of the packaging before we assure an exchange credit. We recommend that you send the package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. So make sure you receive a tracking number from the shipping carrier. Please advise us before returning the hair so we can process your exchange and new order all at once. When ordering please insure correct address. Rich Hair City will apply a $10.00 undeliverable order and corrections to shipping address caused by customer error.
